电解水对人有好处吗,今天分享孙教授的观点。电解水在国际上尤其是在中国,饱受诟病,但是随着氢气医学逐渐走进人们视野,是适合给电解水一个合适的定位。我认为,氢气医学学术思想的重要源头就是电解水生物学效应的研究。

电解水生物学

■电解还原水机的作用:从小分子团到弱碱性,再到氢气

学术上对电解水的研究并不深入,早期日本学者认为,电解水所以能产生生物学效应,是因为电解能将水分子团变小,虽然电解水中的分子团可能变小,但小分子团水产生生物学效应的证据却非常不足,有人甚至将水通道只能让单个水分子通过作为小分子团效应的依据,实属无稽之谈。

另一个广泛流传的说法是弱碱性水,这一说法已经受到许多学者的质疑。关于弱碱性有利健康的观点,主要是所谓酸性体质,因为酸性体质不利于身体健康,所以给人体提供能产生碱性的蔬菜水果能带来健康,弱碱性水的道理大概如此。不过酸性体质本身不是学术概念,虽然蔬菜水果对人体有好处,但道理并不在酸性体质。如果弱碱性是电解水的原因,那么用酸中和就不应有作用,但是中性电解水依然有效的研究证据早就彻底推翻了弱碱性的解释。

1990年后,日本学者提出电解水中含有活性氢原子,氢原子的强大还原性是产生效应的基础。虽然还原水确实具有还原性,但是水中无法检测到独立存在的氢原子,这一说法也很快被学术上放弃。

2000年前后,日本学者逐渐认识到,负电极端的电解水中富含有氢气才是电解水有生物学效应的真正原因。那么要证明这种观点必须解决两个问题,一是氢气本身是否能产生同样的效应,二是电解水中的氢气水平是否能达到足够有效的水平。

■电解水及氢气水的研究走上学术阶段

第一个问题采用呼吸摄取氢气是否有效进行研究。研究发现呼吸2%的氢气确实能产生对各种组织缺血再灌注损伤的效应,日本医科大学太田成男教授2007年《自然医学》发表论文证明了这一现象。

第二个问题就是检测电解水中氢气含量,然后将氢气溶解到水中,用同样氢气浓度的水代替电解水,然后,研究饮用或注射这种含氢水,看是否能达到同样的效果。研究随后证明确实能产生呼吸氢气同样的效果。至此,电解水是因为含有氢气才产生生物学效应的说法才得到确认,也是第一次从学术上获得符合逻辑的针对电解水的系统研究。在这一阶段,中国氢气生物研究学者异军突起,目前发表的论文数量已经占该领域的50%以上,国家自然科学基金已经有41项,在许多方面包括临床研究方面都领先于日本和美国。

回头看电解水,由于人们不知道是氢气的效应,氢气非常容易从水中释放导致在制作后效应很快消失,这也是过去研究中效果不稳定的重要因素。既然电解水的作用是因为存在氢气,电解本身也存在安全隐患和器材消耗,直接用氢气溶解水代替氢水应该是符合逻辑的作法,日本在2000年左右就开始以氢水和氢水机为主的产品开发,同时电解水逐渐淡出市场。中国企业也迅速跟进,在制作技术和产品稳定性方面远超过日本。相信我们在中国元素进军世界的大潮流下,在中国学术研究规模的配合下,中国氢气生物学相关产业必将成为一只靓丽的成员。

电解水对人有好处,那是因为氢气的原因。
